RADICAL ROLLOVER

If you don’t need all included deliverables in a given month, you may roll over unused deliverables and bank included edit/runtime to create a longer-form piece.

  • Rollover window: unused deliverables/minutes can be carried forward for up to 60 days from the end of the month they were earned.

  • Scope: rollover also applies to onsite filming. If the allotted hours of filming per month is not used it can be carried forward for up to 60 days from the end of the month they were earned to allow for expanded filming time for future projects.

  • Expiration: any unused banked deliverables/minutes expire after 60 days.
